As I was uploading my JezAmu fanart, I realized that today is my 6-year DevArt anniversary. I almost can't believe it's been six years. Heck, my gallery certainly isn't big enough to indicate being here for six years.
I still remember registering here. I put in my pen name and prayed it hadn't been taken, and somehow I was lucky enough to get it. In some ways, it's reassuring to have an internet nickname that's stuck around this long - I've been Doodler ever since 2001, and I'll be Doodler at least until I'm done with DA, if not longer.
So, here's to six years so far, and whoever knows how long to go.

Stymied.
I've been stopped cold in my 3d artwork, I'm afraid. I attempted to load up the Daz Bridge to Photoshop and was presented with the declaration that my 30-day trial had run out on the bridge. "Trial?" I wondered aloud in confusion. "But I've been using this for months!"
Apparently Daz decided to start charging for that wonderful bit of code, and it's a hefty sum, too. So until I can purchase that and get the bridge working again, I won't be doing any more 3d art. The old-fashioned rendering way is far too slow and clumsy for me to waste my time with it.

I'm not here!
WAUUUUGH~
:: runs out screaming ::
Just to throw this out there -
Now that my hit counter is actually getting up that high, I'd like to make it known that if the 1000th visitor would have the kindness in his/her heart to screenshot it and send it to me, I'll do a custom piece for them. ^.^ I know it's not much, but the 1000th hit will mean a lot to me, and I want to pass that on.
'Real' World
Graduated college with my degree in Broadcast Comm. I'm excited about it, really I am. Currently working on moving into Pittsburgh. Also working in a radio station in said city.
There's been no art lately because I a) lack inspiration, b) lack patience, c) think my style really really stinks right now, and d) am addicted to the Sims.
I'm not dead, I'm just comatose.
